Be Balanced Health & Wellness is a therapy and wellness service offering individual therapy, group therapy, and life-coaching workshops designed to support the whole person—mind, body, and life experience.

We come from a holistic place, understanding that healing isn’t just about addressing symptoms, but about exploring the connections between emotional health, lived experiences, relationships, and daily stressors. Our approach honors where you’ve been, while helping you build the tools needed to move forward with clarity, balance, and intention.

Through therapy, we provide a safe, supportive space for reflection, growth, and emotional healing. Through our life-coaching workshops, we focus on empowerment, self-awareness, and practical strategies that help you reconnect with your purpose and create meaningful change in your life.

I approach therapy from a holistic perspective that honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing happens when all parts of you are acknowledged, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. Along with my professional training, I bring real-life experience into the work, allowing therapy to feel grounded, authentic, and deeply human.

I am a mother. I have been a wife. I am a sister, a daughter, and a friend. I’ve experienced life from many angles and understand firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to stand at difficult crossroads, and to carry responsibilities that feel heavy. I also know how important it is to keep walking through those tunnels, even when the path isn’t clear and how powerful it can be to have the right support along the way.

My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are. I value transparency, connection, and creating a safe space that doesn’t feel rigid or clinical. Therapy with me is meant to feel approachable and supportive; a space where you can exhale, speak freely, and show up as your full self without judgment. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, gain clarity, and move forward feeling empowered.

Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional pain, or ongoing stress. What they are often seeking is peace, understanding, and someone who truly sees them, not just listens, but understands. I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy.
